Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 April 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Holala platform at holala.ai ("Service"), operated by Holala ("Holala," "we," "us"). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle").
1. All Sales Are Final
Holala is a business-to-business software-as-a-service product. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated or a billing period has started, we do not issue refunds, in full or in part, except where explicitly required by applicable law or as limited to the narrow exceptions described in this policy.
By purchasing a subscription you acknowledge that:
- the Service is provided immediately upon purchase,
- subscription fees are earned in full at the start of each billing period,
- cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period, and
- you waive any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content to the maximum extent permitted by law, in exchange for immediate access to the Service.
2. Business Customers Only
The Service is sold exclusively to businesses, legal entities, and professionals acting in a commercial capacity. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are buying in the course of your business and not as a consumer. Statutory consumer-protection rules that apply only to consumer contracts (including consumer cooling-off rights) therefore do not apply.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing billing@holala.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further renewals. You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No refund, credit, or proration is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
4. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
4.1 Unauthorized or duplicate charges
If you identify a duplicate charge or a charge that you did not authorize, contact billing@holala.ai within 30 days of the transaction. If we confirm the error, Paddle will reverse the duplicate or unauthorized charge.
4.2 Legally mandated refunds
Where applicable law requires us to issue a refund that cannot be waived by contract, we will comply with that law. This applies only to the minimum extent strictly required.
4.3 Enterprise agreements
If you have signed an enterprise agreement or order form with Holala that specifies different refund terms, the terms of that agreement control.
No other circumstances, including (without limitation) forgetting to cancel before renewal, a change in business circumstances, unused portions of a plan, dissatisfaction with generated outputs, downgrades, or switching to a competing product, will qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a Holala charge with your card issuer or bank (commonly called a "chargeback") without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to:
- immediately suspend or terminate your account,
- block the associated payment method and email address from future purchases, and
- recover the disputed amount, plus any processing fees, through any lawful means.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@holala.ai first. We respond within two business days and will work with you and Paddle to resolve legitimate issues quickly.
6. Free Trials and Credits
Free trials, promotional credits, referral credits, and introductory offers have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable.
